Welcome to LocalHands. By accessing or using our platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LocalHands provides an online marketplace connecting individuals seeking services ('Buyers') with independent professionals and businesses offering services ('Providers').

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. LocalHands reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide fraudulent information.

3. The LocalHands Marketplace

LocalHands is a venue. We do not directly provide the services listed on our platform, nor do we employ the Providers. While we strive to maintain a safe and trustworthy community, LocalHands is not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of the services rendered by Providers. Any contract formed for services is directly between the Buyer and the Provider.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use LocalHands for lawful purposes only. You may not use the platform to: (a) engage in fraudulent or illegal activities; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) offer services that are illegal, unsafe, or highly regulated without proper licensing; or (d) attempt to bypass our secure communication and payment systems.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments for services must be processed securely through the LocalHands platform. LocalHands may charge service fees for the use of the platform, which will be clearly communicated before any transaction is completed. Attempting to pay for services outside of the platform to avoid fees is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

6. Verified Reviews

To maintain trust, LocalHands strictly enforces a verified review system. Only Buyers who have successfully booked, completed, and paid for a service through the platform may leave a review for that Provider. Reviews must be honest, factual, and free from offensive language. LocalHands reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability
